Non Prescription Product Return Policy

You may return any un-worn product(s) you purchased (including outlet items) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund less any shipping and handling fee. Orders over $200 in the lower 48 US states will be provided a UPS pre-paid return label to send their order back for a refund.

Prescription Eyewear Return Policy

If you're experiencing issues with your Rudy Project prescription eyewear, please contact us directly by using the help/chat feature at the bottom of this page or by sending an email to support@gorace.pro and our optical team will assist you.

If this is your first pair of sport prescription eyewear, there's a wide range of potential adaptation issues that could occur and in most cases, can be handled without giving up and returning your custom glasses. We want you to be happy with your new prescription eyewear and will provide additional support to ensure you are, but if you decide to return your order for any reason just follow the instructions below.

If you ordered prescription eyewear directly through Rudy Project, contact us within 90 days of purchase for 100% refund* for any frame (or accessories) and a 50% refund for the rx lenses (and any coatings) less any shipping and handling fee.

If you ordered prescription eyewear through an authorized Rudy Project retailer, please return your eyewear to that retailer for assistance.

Sorry, we do not offer product exchanges at this time. To complete an exchange, return your original order per the instructions above and place a new order on our site for the item(s) you wish to exchange for.

Once your return has been created, follow the instructions provided to package the item(s) securely and send them to our return center as soon as possible.

* Original packaging should be returned or a repacking fee will be deducted from your credit. If you received a promotional item(s) with your original purchase, this promotional item(s) should be returned or we'll deduct the retail value of the promotional item(s) from your credit. Product returned for credit must be in 100% resalable condition and show no signs of outdoor wear or use that would deem them unsalable. Exceptions may be made to this for both prescription and non-prescription eyewear at Rudy Project discretion.
